SC Build-to-Suit Real Estate Fund II is a closed-ended fund designed to capitalize on Saudi Arabia’s currently buoyant market conditions. Its focus is to acquire, develop and manage mainly purpose-built and pre-leased properties to quality tenants in the education, industrial/ logistics, healthcare and other sectors.
The Fund is a closed-ended Fund with a focus on acquiring, developing and managing mainly purpose-built and pre-leased properties to quality tenants in the education, industrial/logistics, healthcare and other sectors.
Established under the laws and regulations of the Capital Market Authority, the Fund term is 7 years (5 years plus 2 years of optional extension). Its objective is to achieve a target risk-adjusted net equity return in excess of 13.5% IRR over the term of the Fund.
The Fund’s strategy is to capitalize on Saudi Arabia’s currently buoyant market conditions.
