Private Equity Funds

SEDCO Capital’s private equity funds team focuses on selecting general partners and funds using the firm’s thorough investment process to ensure performance is achieved over the inherently long investment cycle.

• We have considerable experience investing in companies engaged in diverse activities such as consumer, healthcare, materials, education, technology and food & beverage.
• Our focus is to engage with private equity partners to promote the incorporation of ESG into investment decisions (where applicable) through participation in Advisory Committees. The firm may agree certain ESG considerations and exclusions through side letters with general partners.

Our co-investment team builds on the extensive network of general partners and relationships cultivated over the years to seek unique opportunities to acquire companies in accordance with specific criteria and seeking higher levels of performance.

Our co-investment team has a strong record of net double-digit USD returns.

Our investment process substantially reduces the risk of making an investment that is deemed ethically questionable or exposes investors to ESG under-performers.
