Saudi Economic and Development Securities Company (SEDCO Capital) announces the distribution of cash dividends to the unitholders of SEDCO Capital REIT Fund for the period from 01 January 2023 to 31 March 2023 as follows:

Dividends maturity period: 01 January 2023 to 31 March 2023

Total distributed dividends: 18,359,375 SAR

Number of Outstanding Units on which Cash Distributions will be Distributed: 117,500,000

Amount of Dividends Distributed per Unit: 0.156 SAR

Distribution Ratio of the Net Assets Value (%): 1.78%

Distribution Ratio of the Net Assets Value as of 07-06-1444 Corresponding to 31-12-2022.

Cash Distribution Entitlements to Unitholders Shall be Based on the Unitholder Register on the End of 21-10-1444 Corresponding to 11-05-2023 the end of trading on Tuesday, 19-10- 1444 AH, corresponding to 09—5- 2023 AD.

Distributions shall be paid within 60 days.

The amounts of dividends distributed is SAR 0.15625 for each unit, and its percentage to the initial price of the unit is 1.5625%, which translates to 6.25% on an annualized basis.

the actual distribution of cash dividend will start on 26-11-1444 corresponding to 15-06-2023.

The Fund Manager would like to remind the unitholders to update their information with the Capital Market Institution, where their accounts are being held, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
