The Results of the Meeting

  • The meeting quorum was achieved with the attendance of unitholders representing 64.24% of the Fund’s total units.
  • 100% of the recorded votes were in favor of the fundamental change to the Fund, consisting of expanding its investment scope to include shares listed on the Main Market and the Parallel Market that were offered during the past three years.

The implementation of these changes is subject to the approval of the Capital Market Authority.
