Saudi Economic and Development Securities Company (SEDCO Capital) announces the distribution of cash dividends to the unitholders of SEDCO Capital REIT Fund for the period from 01 January 2021 to 31 March 2021 as follows:

 

  1. Total distributed dividends SAR 9,150,000.
  2. Cash distribution will be made on the basis of 60,000,000 outstanding units.
  3. The amount of dividends distributed is SAR 0.1525 for each unit, and its percentage to the initial price of the unit is 1.525%, which translates to 6.10% on an annualized basis.
  4. The distribution ratio is 1.62% of the net asset value as of the date of (16 / 05 / 1442H) corresponding to (31 / 12 / 2020G).
  5. The cash distributions entitlement will be for unitholders as per the unitholders register on the end of Wednesday dated (25 / 08 / 1442H) corresponding to (07 / 04 / 2021G) – by end of trading day Monday (23 / 08 / 1442H) corresponding to (05 / 04 / 2021G).
  6. The distributions will be paid within 60 days.

The Fund Manager would like to remind the unitholders to update their bank information to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
