Saudi Economic and Development Securities Company (SEDCO Capital), in its capacity as the Fund Manager of SEDCO Capital REIT Fund, announces the completion of the cash subscription process in increasing the total value of the fund’s assets, through the additional offering to investors with a maximum limit successfully, as the offering period ended on Sunday 10/24/1444H Corresponding to 05/14/2023G. The total value of requests amounted to SAR (855.7) million, where the coverage percentage reached (141.0%), the subscription witnessed the participation of (135,852) individual and institutional investors with a total of (65,230) requests.

The units will be allocated within 15 business days from the closing date of the additional offering period in accordance with the allocation mechanism disclosed in the supplementary annex of the Fund’s terms & conditions. For more details, please click here:
