SC Global Emerging Markets Equities Passive Fund invests directly in all or most of the underlying equity securities of the Dow Jones Islamic Market Emerging Markets ex-Frontier TopCap Index Net Total Return. The Fund attempts to replicate the weightings in the benchmark, while complying with Shariah investment guidelines.
The Fund’s investment objective is to achieve long-term capital appreciation by passively tracking the benchmark.
The Fund aims to invest directly, in accordance with the Shariah Investment Guidelines and the Investment Restrictions, in all or substantially all of the underlying equity securities of the Dow Jones Islamic Market Emerging Markets Ex-Frontier TopCap 5/10/40 Capped Index (USD) NTR (Bloomberg ticker code: DJIEXUUN).
