SC Global Real Estate Equities Fund invests in the equity of companies listed on stock exchanges; equity-related securities of selected real estate investment trusts (REITs); real estate operating companies (REOCs); and other entities whose primary activity is to own, operate, develop and manage real estate assets.
The Fund’s investment objective is to achieve long-term capital appreciation.
