Fund aims to invest directly, in accordance with the Shariah Investment Guidelines and the Investment Restrictions, at least 80% of the Fund’s total net assets in global small-capitalization equity securities, which are defined as equity securities with a market capitalization that is less than the weighted-average market capitalization of securities in the Benchmark.
The investment objective of the Fund is to outperform the Dow Jones Islamic Market Global Small Cap Total Return Index in USD (Bloomberg ticker code: DJISMLT) (the “Benchmark”) over the long term.
