SC Partners Group Opportunities Fund is a closed-ended Fund with the objective to establish a portfolio of direct growth equity investments in various sectors that adhere to Shariah investment guidelines.
The Fund is a closed-ended Fund offered in Saudi Arabia as a private placement Fund in accordance with the Capital Market Authority’s rules and regulations.
The Fund was established as a feeder Fund to invest in SEDCO Capital Partners Group Opportunities Cayman Fund, L.P., a Cayman Islands exempted limited partnership (the ‘underlying Fund’) which, in turn, invests in the limited partnership interests of SEDCO Capital Partners Group Opportunities Fund, L.P. (the ‘master Fund’).
The master Fund’s objective is to establish a portfolio of direct growth equity investments in various sectors that adhere to Shariah investment guidelines.
