SC Private Equity Global Co-Investment Fund II’s objective is to generate long-term capital appreciation by investing in mid-market companies in North and Latin America, Europe and Asia focusing on, but not limited to, the consumer, healthcare, business services, and technology sectors.
The Fund’s investment objective is to generate long-term capital appreciation by investing in mid-market companies in North and Latin America, Europe and Asia focusing on, but not limited to, the consumer, healthcare, business services, and technology sectors. It targets investments with a gross internal rate of return of 18% or more, in compliance with Shariah investment guidelines.
The Fund aims to identify and make private equity and equity-related investments in companies that exhibit opportunities for business growth, or economic value-creation, to generate attractive, risk-adjusted returns. The Fund co-invests with private equity Fund managers and financial sponsors with experience and expertise in their focus sectors and geographies.
