Investment objective:

The fund’s objective is to provide regular income with the potential for capital appreciation, by investing in income-generating real estate, mainly in Saudi Arabia although the fund can also invest up to 25% of its capital in real estate assets outside the Kingdom. The fund distributes no less than 90% of the fund’s net profits.

The fund’s strategy includes:

Investing in structurally developed real estate properties that generate periodical rental income.
Reinvesting the net annual retained income (10% of total annual income) and capital gains resulting from the sale of real estate assets in structurally developed real estate assets that generate rental and periodic income, after distributing at least (90%) of the annual net profit to the unit holders.
Investing in low-performing but promising real estate as viewed by the Fund Manager, considering their locations or structural and design characteristics, with the aim of increasing their operational efficiency and raising their return by modifying one or some of the characteristics such as design, leasing strategies related to the mix of tenants and the rental price and indications for use.
Investing no more than (25%) of the total value of the fund’s assets, according to the latest audited financial statements in real estate development projects, whether they are owned by the fund or not, or in their renewal and redevelopment.
